The Star of the Show: Spotlight Bakery’s Famous Pie
The famous 25 pound Apple Pie available at Spotlight Bakery can be purchased for $19.99 plus tax a slice or $229.00 plus tax for the whole pie. If you buy the whole pie they will throw in the cast iron skillet it was baked in as well. You can call 1-800-DOLLYWOOD and ask to speak to the park’s culinary team to place your order ahead of arrival. There is not a way to order online currently.
Spotlight Bakery: Our Sweet Verdict
Whether you start out with breakfast at Spotlight Bakery or end your day with a sweet treat, this bakery is not to be missed. We love to go as we are leaving the park and buy cinnamon rolls to eat for breakfast at our cabin the next morning! The Bakery does get very busy at the end of the night as everyone is leaving the park so make sure you plan accordingly. If this is something you want to do, head towards the front of the park 30-45 minutes before closing and get your treats. If you are visiting during the Smoky Mountain Christmas Season the area in front of the Spotlight Bakery’s windows gives a beautiful backdrop for Christmas portraits of your family!
